Refund and Returns Policy

At Chale, Protect Yourself, we value your support and want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. Below is our official refund and returns policy for both digital and physical products, as well as event tickets.

Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Online Resources)
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue or do not receive your item, please contact us at info@chaleprotectyourself.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Physical Products (e.g. Tote Bags, Pens, Merchandise)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in their original condition.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g. your confirmation email).
  • You cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Event & Webinar Tickets
If you are unable to attend an event or webinar:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
    However, tickets are transferable – simply let us know the name and contact details of the person attending in your place.
